Heidi Klum is a German actress born on the 1st day of June 1973. Erna Klum was her mother. His father Gunther Klum worked as an executive of a cosmetics firm. Heidi's dad was formerly a producer for 4711, a company that made perfume. Heidi was raised in Bergisch Gladbach which is a town of 100,000 only 6 miles away from Cologne. Karin who was then an teenager, convinced her to join the German Talent Show dubbed Model 92. The German magazine Petra sponsored talent show was a part of Thomas Gottschalk's late-night talk show. Klum battled 25,000 competitors in Germany, Europe and beyond until she reached three of the best. Klum was awarded a top $300,000 modeling prize in April 1992.
